Using this site
The content on this site is provided for information. Product descriptions are written in good faith and describe design intent; they are not a substitute for the instructions supplied with the product.
Orders and pricing
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any local import duty, which is the responsibility of the recipient. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before charging.
Returns and warranty
The thirty-day return window and the two-year warranty on electrical products are set out on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Insectaway name, logo, product photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution; you may not republish the site or use our imagery in your own commercial listings.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the consumer-protection rules of the country in which the order was placed, which prevail where they offer you stronger rights than the paragraphs above.
