Delivery & returns
Insectaway ships to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, with standard delivery in 3 to 5 working days and express in 1 to 2. Orders placed before 14:00 local time on a working day leave the same day. Coils and spray travel by ground inside the EU because they are classed as limited-quantity goods, which can add a working day. Returns are open for 30 days and the item can be used; opened coils and opened spray are excluded, and electronics carry a two-year warranty on top.

Things that affect a delivery date
- Coils and sprays are classed as limited-quantity goods in some regions and travel by ground rather than air, adding one to two days.
- Public holidays delay the first scan, not the transit time.
- An incomplete address is the most common cause of a returned parcel — check the postcode before ordering.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery. If a product did not do what you expected, write to us with the order number and we will issue return instructions. You do not have to justify the decision.
- Opened and used: accepted. We would rather learn why it did not work than keep the sale.
- Opened coils and opened spray: not returnable, for hygiene and transport reasons. Unopened boxes are.
- Damaged in transit: send a photograph within 48 hours and we replace it without a return.
- Refund timing: issued to the original payment method within three working days of the parcel being scanned back to us.
Warranty
Electrical products carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects — the repeller, the UV trap and the heat pen. Consumables (tubes, coils, adhesive) are excluded, as is damage from water, drops or opening the housing.
